All standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Processing times may be longer during product drops or high-volume periods.

Pre-orders are made-to-order or early access items that ship at a later date. Each product page includes an estimated ship date — please review it before purchasing.

Shipping Timeline
Once production is complete, your pre-order will ship using the same shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Mixed Orders
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship once all items are ready unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations & Updates
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed, as each item is reserved and produced specifically for your order. If you need to update your shipping address before your order ships, please contact us at info@deaircevant.com

All ship dates are estimates and may shift due to production or carrier delays. We’ll notify you via email of any significant changes.
Chargebacks & Why We Ask for Your Patience
Pre-orders are made-to-order items, created specifically for you after purchase. Because each piece is produced individually, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Your pre-order directly funds the production of your item — covering materials, labor, and the craftsmanship that brings each piece to life. Filing a chargeback during this process not only disrupts fulfillment and can delay or cancel your order, but it can also interfere with other customers’ orders, cause issues with the website, and impact the brand as a whole. These interruptions add fees and pull resources away from creating and delivering products.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team will keep you updated throughout production and is always available to answer any questions.
